15 the Quay, Wells-Next-the-Sea, NR23 1AH

Wells Deli is a small cafe right on the Quay of the beautiful village Wells-Next-the-Sea in Norfolk.

Undoubtedly, it has one of the best views in town, perfect location for a delicious breakfast, light lunch, afternoon cake or just a hot drink.

The cafe has been part of the village and community since 2004 but in January 2020 it was taken over by enthusiastic foodies Matt and Kiki, who gave Wells Deli a total makeover, upgraded the menu and brought in new energy and ideas that made what Wells Deli is today.

It’s a must stop for all visitors of Wells-Next-the-Sea.

Our Menu

The menu is varied and caters for all ages and tastes, including a great selection of gluten free and vegan products.

From heart warming soups to soothe your soul in the winter to fresh locally sourced crab sandwiches for your beach walk in the summer.

From breakfast buns, avocado on sourdough, salmon & scrambled eggs, the perfect toasties, Thai noodles and vegan rolls, healthy organic Brazilian açaí bowls to naughty pancakes, waffles and a delicious selection of cakes to accompany a hot drink or as a dessert while dreaming of your next treat or expedition along our extraordinary coastline.

Our milkshakes are really the best in town, or you can try our smoothies, a deluxe hot chocolate, selection of teas, beers, wine, juices and of course, coffee!

Really good coffee that has been perfected over time with the help of our suppliers and partners.

Our medium-dark Mocha Brazil is a carefully crafted blend of South and Central American coffees that delivers a rich, smooth flavour that keeps customers coming back for more.

These beans create a complex and well-balanced cup of coffee that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning coffee lover.

The team at Wells Deli are always on the hunt for those truly mouth watering flavours to tantalise those taste buds for days to come.

Guests can eat in or take away.

Please note we do not take bookings.

North Norfolk Coast

Since the Romans first landed on north Norfolk's coast, this unique stretch of sand beaches, salt and fresh water marshland and pine woods have attracted the curious and the hedonist.

From Hunstanton in the west through Blakeney and Cromer in the east, the flint village ports that dot this North Sea strand lure walkers, sailors, swimmers, kite surfers and the merely indolent.

Holkham's grand hall, ancient British earthworks at Warham, Wells harbour, Binham's mediaeval priory, the shops of Burnham Market and Holt – there are many temptations for every taste.
