With the help of our friends and suppliers, we have put together a select range of specialist foods.
Our antipasti refrigerated section is forever changing... greek baby peppers stuffed with feta cheese,
fresh anchovies, artichoke hearts and sweet pickled garlic and olives cured and marinaded by Olives Et Al in Devon, Basil and
Garlic, orange zest and corriander spice, Spanish queen stuffed with sun blushed tomatoes to name a few.
Cured meats include the best Alehandro chorizo and Serrano ham off the bone. We bottle our own olive oil; one
Arbiquina from Spain and another Puglian from Italy, both high quality low cost oils. We also bottle a four year old organic
Balsamic from Moderna.
The nearby Holkam Estate provides the best Venison around from its parks and woodlands, and local master bakers our
breads, pies, sausage rolls and cakes.
And to drink...
I ought to mention too that we are mental about coffee. Ours is a special bespoke blend... not too bitter, chewy or
chocolatey. It's punchy without being aggressive. We have syrops if you like and you must at some point in your lifetime try our
Special Hot Chocolate; a secret blend with fresh cream and a dusting of cacao - YUMMMMM!
